Do Paizo require you to have the character painted totally separate from the background? Must be hard to paint on to pure white/keep the figure and the background separate to be able to save it as a .png...
The clothes you gave her are very woodsy in their colors with the browns, dark greens, and grays combined with the axe she has gives her the look of a rouge who favors the dense forest for combat. Also I like the detail of her pose, more specifically her facial expression as she is clearly giving up on reading the balance sheets she's been given to read (case in point, the sheets scattered to the floor).
Love all your Pathfinder artwork, man. The iconic characters look daunting to work with, especially with the amount of detail Wayne Reynolds fills them with, but you do a great job carrying it over to your own work!
Also, were you making a joke about how barbarian's cant read? Love it.
